Decisions and changes are recorded as the work happens, so they can be checked independently instead of reconstructed after the fact.

We design for the organisation to stay in control of its information. How sensitive material is handled, where it is processed and what is kept is agreed in writing before any work begins.

Strategy into evidence

Helping a board see whether its endorsed strategy is actually being delivered, with progress reported against agreed evidence.

Audit and risk trail

A clearer record of what was decided, by whom and on what basis, so audit and risk work starts from evidence rather than recollection.

Infrastructure design

Support for early-stage water and infrastructure studies, with the professionals who sign the work remaining responsible for it.

Project and document review

Structured review of a completed project's records, producing a report that a named person in the organisation reviews and owns.

Many organisations now use AI somewhere in their operations, and few can show afterwards what it did, who approved it, or where their information went. Our work starts from the view that those questions should always have an answer.

We start small and stay honest about it: one objective, one bounded pilot, under a confidentiality agreement and written terms. What can and cannot be done yet is set out plainly before any work begins, and any engagement is made under written agreement with the relevant contracting entity.
